Softaccess S LLC does not provide financial, legal, lending, brokerage, or investment services.
We contract exclusively with properly licensed institutions operating within their respective jurisdictions.
3. Eligibility
Services are available only to:
Licensed financial institutions
Regulated service providers
Law firms
Professional entities
Clients may be required to provide proof of licensing or regulatory authorization before engagement.
4. No Financial Advice
Softaccess S LLC does not:
Offer financial products
Provide legal advice
Provide investment recommendations
Act as a broker or lender
All marketing services are provided on a B2B basis only.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate business and licensing information
Ensure regulatory compliance within their jurisdiction
Approve marketing materials before launch
Comply with platform advertising policies
Softaccess S LLC reserves the right to refuse service if regulatory or compliance risks are identified.
6. No Performance Guarantee
While we aim to optimize campaigns using professional standards and best practices:
We do not guarantee specific results
We do not guarantee lead volume
We do not guarantee conversions or revenue
Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials created by Softaccess S LLC remain the property of Softaccess S LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not redistribute proprietary systems, funnels, or campaign structures without written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
Softaccess S LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Regulatory actions caused by client misrepresentation
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services within the previous 30 days.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
A client fails to maintain licensing
Advertising policies are violated
Misleading claims are made
Regulatory risks arise
10. REFUND POLICY
All services provided by Softaccess S LLC are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
Media buying
Campaign setup
Lead generation
Strategy development
Platform fees
Administrative costs
All payments are final.
By engaging Softaccess S LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
Fees paid are for time, expertise, and allocated advertising resources
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
Campaign performance does not constitute grounds for refund
Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Softaccess S LLC in writing.
